In celebration of International Water Day, ACCIONA’s Water Business in Riyadh hosted an engaging and educational event for students at Ibn Roshd School in Riyadh last March 16. The initiative featured two interactive sessions aimed at raising awareness about water conservation and sustainable practices.

The sessions took place for two separate classes at Ibn Roshd School: one class for boys aged 8 to 10 years and another for girls aged 11 to 15 years. During these sessions, students received a brief yet impactful presentation on the importance of water conservation, with a particular focus on the vital role water plays in a water-scarce country like Saudi Arabia.

A key element of the event was the interactive Q&A segment, where students had the opportunity to discuss and share their thoughts on how they can contribute to water-saving practices in their daily lives.
